The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (Anchorage, Alaska) held a groundbreaking ceremony for an emergency department (ED) expansion at Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, according to akbizmag.com.

The $257 million project will be completed in phases and will include three floors of inpatient beds, a drive-through ambulance entrance, behavioral health treatment space, and helipad.
