Nonprofit BayCare Health System (Tampa, Fla.) is planning a new hospital in Palmetto, Fla.
The project will be BayCare’s 17th acute care hospital and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
Additionally, multispecialty group BayCare Medical Group (Tampa), which is part of BayCare Health System, is opening an adult primary care practice in Palmetto this year.
