Boston Bone & Joint Institute Opens New ASC And MOB In Waltham, Massachusetts

The 79,500-square-foot orthopedic facility houses eight ORs, 28 recovery bays, and two floors of medical offices.

Boston Bone & Joint Institute (Boston) has opened a new orthopedic ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and medical office building (MOB) in Waltham, Mass., according to a news release.

The $105 million project comprises 8 operating rooms (ORs), 28 recovery bays, two floors of medical offices, a dedicated physical therapy space, lab, sterile processing unit, and a 3-story parking garage with 331 spaces.

Outpatient services include orthopedic surgery, joint replacement, spine procedures, and sports medicine.
