Children’s National Hospital (Washington, D.C.) opened the first phase of the Children’s National Research & Innovation Campus for outpatient and specialty care services, in Washington, D.C.

The 160,000-square-foot project will be situated on a nearly 12-acre site of the former Walter Reed Army Medical Center. It will include research and innovation space for pediatric genomic and precision medicine and incubator space.
