Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center Plans MOB In Kentucky

Cincinnati Children’s Union will be part of a mixed-use development and is scheduled to open in 2024.

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (Cincinnati) is building a $10 million medical office building as part of a mixed-use development in Union, Ky., according to the website fox19.com.

The 25,000-square-foot Cincinnati Children’s Union facility will house pediatric primary and specialty care services, including speech pathology and behavioral care. Flex space is also planned.

T.J. Ackermann (Cincinnati) is a co-developer of the project.

The MOB is scheduled for completion in 2024.
