Baptist Memorial Health Care (Memphis, Tenn.) has started construction on Baptist Memorial Hospital-Fayette County in Somerville, Tenn., according to actionnews5.com.
The new hospital will house eight inpatient beds, as well as lab and radiology services.
Plans for the new hospital were first announced in September 2024. The project is expected to cost approximately $24 million and take two years to complete, according to a news release.
