Dewberry has hired Charlie Newsome as senior construction manager in the firm’s construction group in Raleigh, N.C. His main areas of expertise include complex multiphased construction renovations in occupied healthcare facilities.
Newsome is responsible for leading and developing the firm’s construction practice in the southeast region, with particular emphasis on working with its local engineering team to execute turnkey construction projects for clients in healthcare, higher education, and commercial markets.
He joins the firm with more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, recently having spent the past 18 years with Riley Contracting Group Inc.
