The Neenan Company (Fort Collins, Colo.) is planning a El Dorado Community Health Center (EDCHC) in Placerville, Calif.
Situated on 12 acres, the new center will replace EDCHC’s current Placerville and Diamond Springs, Calif., clinics. The 30,600-square-foot project will include 40 primary care exam rooms, 10 behavioral health exam rooms and substance abuse treatment rooms, seven dental exam rooms, and four optical exam rooms, as well as space to provide telehealth services.
The clinic is scheduled to open in spring 2022.
