The Fertility Center of Las Vegas has broken ground on a 18,500-square-foot facility in Spring Valley, Nev., that will include an ambulatory surgery center, laboratory, and fertility clinic. The center will be part of a nearly 4.5-acre commercial property.

The project team comprises SR Construction (general contractor; Las Vegas), PGAL Architects (architect; Las Vegas), Lochsa Engineering (structural engineer; Las Vegas), John Jones Landscape Architecture (landscape architect; Las Vegas), Wright Engineers (engineering consultant; Las Vegas), and MSA Engineers (MEP; Las Vegas).

Construction is expected to be completed by mid-2022.
