Franciscan Health Plans Hospital In Indiana

The $200M project will be modeled after the healthcare system’s Michigan City, Ind., location.

Healthcare system Franciscan Health, formerly Franciscan Alliance (Mishawaka, Ind.), has plans for a 150-bed hospital in Crown Point, Ind., according to an article in NWI.com.

Situated on 150 acres, the $200 million project will be modeled after the Franciscan Health Hospital in Michigan City, Ind., which houses 123 private inpatient beds and outpatient services.

HOK (Chicago) will serve as the architect on the project, which is scheduled to begin construction in spring 2021. Completion is slated for late 2023.
