Garth Highland has joined HDR as a data scientist for the Predictive Analytics team, based in the Omaha, Neb., office.
Highland comes to HDR with experience researching cost and quality in healthcare systems. As a statistical researcher at the Health Care Incentives Improvement Institute, Highland developed models for predicting total cost of care, potentially avoidable complications and risk adjustment.
