Global architecture firm HDR (Omaha, Neb.) has promoted Duncan Griffin to director of sustainability, health.

In his new role, Griffin will focus on supporting sustainable and regenerative design, reducing embodied carbon and long-term operational costs for healthcare facilities, and improving community health environments.

He has more than 33 years of industry experience and most recently served as HDR’s managing principal at the firm’s Seattle studio.
