Flagler Health+ (Augustine, Fla.) will break ground next month on the Flagler Health+ Village at Palm Coast, in Palm Coast, Fla., according to an article in PalmCoastObserver.com.
Situated on 7 acres, the health village will include a family practice along with behavioral health, women’s care, orthopedics, imaging, and laboratory services, according to an article in Evolve.
The project is expected to be operational in 2022.
