Kaiser Permanente Breaks Ground On Modesto Medical Center MOB In California

The three-story, 105,000-square-foot project includes environmental design features.

Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, Calif.) broke ground on a three-story medical office building (MOB) at Kaiser Modesto Medical Center, in Modesto, Calif., according to the website modbee.com.

The 105,000-square-foot project will house examination rooms for primary and specialty care, as well as office space for 74 physicians. Services will include adult and family medicine, pediatrics, a newborn care center, high-risk infancy clinic, hematology, oncology, occupational therapy, and a pharmacy.

The project will feature environmental design strategies, including solar panels, energy-efficient lighting, drought-resistant landscaping, and charging stations for electric vehicles in the parking area.

Completion is slated for spring 2026.
