Lee Health (Fort Myers, Fla.) is building a replacement hospital for its Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers, according to fox4now.com.

The new hospital, Lee Health Fort Myers, will house 170 beds and is expected to open in 2027.

The first phase of the project will focus on land development, including water retention and stormwater management, and is expected to be completed in 2025.
