Loma Linda University Medical Center (LLUMC; Loma Linda, Calif.) has completed two new hospital towers on the Medical Center campus in Loma Linda.

The expansions include a 16-story, 268-foot-tall medical tower with 320 adult patient beds at the Dennis and Carol Troesh Medical Campus and a new nine-story pediatric tower with 373 beds at LLUMC’s Children’s Hospital.

The towers were designed to seismic standards.

The project team included NBBJ (designer; Los Angeles) and McCarthy Building Companies (general contractor; St. Louis, Mo.)
