Architecture, planning, and interior design firm McMillan Pazdan Smith (Greenville, S.C.) has hired Minta Ferguson as director of planning.
Ferguson, who will be based in Charlotte, N.C., will support the firm’s research and development efforts, as well as expand pre-design services.
She joins McMillan Pazdan Smith after eight years as director of planning at Catalyst, A Haskell Company (Charlotte).
