MUSC Health (Charleston, S.C.) held a topping-out ceremony marking the placement of the final piece of structural steel for the MUSC Health Indian Land Medical Center in Indian Land, S.C., according to qcnews.com.

The project comprises a 3-story, 62,000-square-foot medical office building (MOB) and a 51-bed hospital with an emergency department (ED), retail pharmacy, and laboratory.

The MOB is expected to open in spring 2027, followed by the hospital in 2028.
