Orlando Health (Orlando, Fla.) held a topping out ceremony to mark the placement of the final piece of vertical steel on a new annex at Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, Fla., according to aroundosceola.com.
The 2-story, 20,000-square-foot expansion will house state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization labs, a 10-bed intensive care unit (ICU), and 18 emergency department (ED) treatment rooms.
Construction is on track to be completed by fall 2025, and the hospital is expected to open in early 2026.
