Outreach Community Health Centers (OCHC; Milwaukee), a primary care, family care, and behavioral health services provider, is planning a new addition that will connect to its current clinic building.

The $15 million, 58,000 square-foot facility will provide expanded behavioral health and primary care services to Milwaukee’s uninsured, underinsured, and homeless populations and will include three clinical floors and underground parking.

The project team comprises Continuum Architects + Planners (architect; Milwaukee), Emem Group (designer, builder, developer; Milwaukee), and JCP Construction (construction; Milwaukee).

Construction is slated to begin in spring 2022 and the center is expected to open in summer 2023.
