Pikeville Medical Center opened the doors on the Drs. R.V. and Jyothi Mettu Children’s Hospital in Pikeville, Ky.
The 13,400-square-foot project includes inpatient and outpatient pediatric service areas, with the 8,130-square-foot inpatient department housing 10 private patient rooms, two of which are isolation rooms.
The 5,290-square-foot pediatric outpatient department includes separate sick and well waiting rooms and 13 exam rooms.
