Developer Prospect Street (Las Vegas) broke ground on a new medical office building (MOB) in Las Vegas.
The 70,000-square-foot, three-story Queensridge Medical Center will be situated within 3 miles of Summerlin Hospital (Las Vegas) and will house physical therapy, primary care, dental care, ophthalmology, radiology, and imaging services. Anchor tenant Crovetti Orthopaedics (Henderson, Nev.) will operate a surgery center with four operating rooms, a cardiac catheterization lab, and overnight recovery suites.
