Rehabilitation Hospital Begins Construction In Florida

The 48,941-square-foot project will include inpatient and outpatient and physical therapy services.

Rendina Healthcare Real Estate (Jupiter, Fla.) and Astrea Development [AD-cannot confirm location} is planning a 42-bed rehabilitation hospital in Jupiter.

Situated on 5 aces, the 48,941-square-foot facility will include inpatient and outpatient services, as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapy. A procedure room and pharmacy also are planned.

The hospital is scheduled to open in 2022 and will be located adjacent to Rendina’s headquarters. It will be fully leased and operated by PAM Health (Enola, Pa.).
