Trinity Health System Plans To Build Neighborhood Hospital In Ohio

The 20,000-square-foot hospital will include a 10-bed ED, two ORs, and six short-stay inpatient rooms.

Faith-based Catholic health system Trinity Health System (Steubenville, Ohio) unveiled plans for a new neighborhood hospital in St. Clairsville, Ohio.

The 20,000-square-foot, two-story hospital will be located in a former auto parts building. Plans call for a 10-bed emergency department (ED), two operating rooms (ORs), six inpatient rooms for short stays, radiology and laboratory services, a helipad, and flex space for future expansion.

Groundbreaking is slated for this summer and the project is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
