UF Health Project Completes Construction

The 37,000-square-foot facility includes a new rehabilitation center, two-story YMCA, and healthy living center.

Construction of the 37,000-square-foot University of Florida (UF) Health (Jacksonville, Fla.) Wildlight rehabilitation clinic, Healthy Living Center, and YMCA are complete in Yulee, Fla.

The 10,000-square-foot UF Health rehabilitation center offers occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language pathology for adult and pediatric patients. The two-story, 25,000-square-foot YMCA facility includes a fitness center, educational programming, and community event space.

The project team comprises Gresham Smith (designer; Jacksonville) and Raydient Places +Properties (developer; Nassau County, Fla.).
