Integrated health system WellSpan (York, Pa.) and hospital operator Emerus (San Antonio, Texas) are planning the WellSpan Shrewsbury Hospital in Shrewsbury, Pa., according to the website ydr.com.
The new hospital will comprise a 24/7 emergency department (ED), 10 inpatient beds, and diagnostic services, including ultrasound, CT, X-ray, and laboratory services.
The project is expected to open in late 2025.
