Design Firm Dialog Named To Project Team For New Medical Education And Clinical Facility In Canada

Design firm Dialog begins planning and design phase on the 54,000-square-foot facility that will include teaching areas, an anatomy lab, and a clinic for hands-on learning.

Design firm Dialog (Calgary, Alberta, Canada) has been selected as the architect to design the new Southern Alberta Medical Program (SAMP) medical education and clinical facility that will replace the Community Centre for Wellbeing (CCW) in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, according to a news release.

The project, a collaboration between the University of Calgary’s Cumming School of Medicine (Calgary, Alberta, Canada) and the University of Lethbridge (Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada), will house teaching areas, an anatomy lab, and a clinic for hands-on learning in a 54,000-square-foot building.

The planning and design phase are underway, with construction expected to begin soon and be completed in summer 2027.
