HCA Florida Memorial Hospital (Jacksonville, Fla.) opened a 10,860-square-foot freestanding emergency department (ED) in Jacksonville, according to a news release.
The $8.3 million HCA Florida Merrill Road Emergency facility comprises 11 patient rooms, a trauma bay, imaging, and diagnostics.
The project team includes TMPartners (architect; Brentwood, Tenn.), Catalyst Design Group (civil engineer; Nashville), and Hoar Construction (Orlando, Fla.; general contractor).
