PMB, Sharp Rees-Stealy Open New MOB In Chula Vista, California

The 3-story, 75,000-square-foot facility replaces and consolidates the specialty care services of two existing facilities.

Developers PMB Development (San Diego) and Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group (San Diego) opened the Sharp Medical Center medical office building (MOB) in Chula Vista, Calif., according to a news release.

The replacement project consolidates specialty care services from two existing facilities into a 3-story, 75,000-square-foot building. Services include family, internal, and occupational medicine; cardiology; endocrinology; pulmonology; physical therapy; and sports medicine.

The first floor of the facility houses an expanded urgent care center, imaging, lab, and pharmacy.

The project team includes HGW Architecture (architect; San Diego) and Pacific Building Group (general contractor; San Diego).
