Arkansas Children’s Northwest Hospital Expansion Nears Completion In Springdale, Arkansas

The $82.7 million project comprises 50,000 square feet of new construction and 23,000 square feet of renovated space.

Arkansas Children’s Northwest Hospital in Springdale, Ark., is on track to complete an $82.7 million expansion project this fall, according to axios.com.

The project includes 50,000 square feet of new construction, which will house operating rooms, 14 inpatient beds, and expanded outpatient departments for neurology, cardiology, and pulmonary care.

In addition, the project will renovate 23,000 square feet of existing space, including the redesign of the lab, pharmacy, and sterile processing departments for improved efficiency.

Shell space of 22,500 square feet will also be added for future growth.

Healthcare Design NL

Nabholz Construction (Conway, Ark.) is the general contractor on the project.
