Russell County Hospital in Russell Springs, Ky., has started construction on a $30 million hospital expansion and renovation project, according to lakercountry.com.
The project comprises a new emergency department (ED) and registration space, as well as renovations to accommodate new equipment and more office space. Once completed, the work will nearly double the size of the existing hospital.
