Northern Health (Prince George, British Columbia) is nearing completion of Dawson Creek and District Hospital in Dawson Creek, British Columbia, according to CBC News.
The project will replace the existing 1960s-era Dawson Creek hospital, which will be demolished once the new facility opens.
The new hospital will house 70 private inpatient rooms and an emergency department (ED) with 15 treatment bays.
Construction is on track to be completed later this year, two months ahead of schedule, with the hospital expected to open to patients in early 2027.
