Mount Sinai Health System (New York) has opened the Carolyn Rowan Center for Women’s Health and Wellness in New York, according to a news release.

The 11,000-square-foot facility brings together research innovation with multidisciplinary specialties such as gynecology, obstetrics, perimenopause and menopause care, endocrinology, cardiology, and behavioral health.

The standalone center is on the main campus of The Mount Sinai Hospital and features 15 exam rooms, three pelvic-floor therapy rooms, and two outpatient procedure rooms. On-site diagnostics include bone density testing, body composition analysis, and advanced gynecologic ultrasound.
