HSHS Rehabilitation Hospital Opens In Howard, Wisconsin

The 40-bed facility includes a 12-bed neurorecovery unit for patients with brain injuries.

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS; Springfield, Ill.) and Lifepoint Rehabilitation (Brentwood, Tenn.) have opened HSHS Rehabilitation Hospital in Green Bay, Wis., according to the Green Bay Press Gazette.

The new 2-story, 40-bed rehabilitation hospital provides care for patients recovering from conditions such as stroke and spinal cord injury. The facility features a dedicated 12-bed neurorecovery unit for patients with brain injuries.

Amenities include a 5,200-square-foot therapy gym with kitchen and laundry, activities of daily living suite, outdoor courtyard, day room for recreation, and chapel.
