Rainbow Investment Co. (developer; San Diego) has started construction on Cush Medical Plaza, a 2-story medical office building (MOB) in La Mesa, Calif., according to a news release.
The 52,600-square-foot building will be located adjacent to the Sharp Grossmont Hospital campus.
The first floor will house multitenant medical office space, while the second floor will become a combined family practice and physician residency training clinic.
Ware Malcomb (San Diego) is the architect and interior designer on the project and is providing civil engineering services. Turner Construction (Los Angeles) is serving as general contractor.
