National multidisciplinary design firm HGA (Los Angeles/San Francisco) has hired David Rosenfeld as associate vice president in business development for the Southern California region.
Rosenfeld, who brings 20 years of experience to the firm, will lead business development in healthcare and science and technology in the Southern California market.
Before joining HGA, he served as director of business development at SmithGroup.
