Genesis Coshocton Medical Center Readies To Break Ground In Ohio

The 60,000-square-foot project will house a 10-bed ED, overnight patient observation unit, and outpatient surgery center.

Genesis HealthCare System (Zanesville, Ohio) is slated to break ground on the Genesis Coshocton Medical Center in July, according to an article in the Coshocton Tribune.

The single-story, 60,000 square-foot-project will include a 10-bed department (ED), overnight patient observation unit with 10 beds, outpatient surgery center, imaging department, laboratory, pharmacy, cardiac diagnostics and respiratory therapy. A medical office building will house specialists and physical, occupational, and speech therapies.

It’s expected to open in early 2023.
