Full-service healthcare real estate firm Oman-Gibson Associates (Nashville, Tenn.) is planning a freestanding ambulatory surgery center in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Azura Vascular Care (Malvern, Pa.) and National Cardiovascular Partners (Houston) will operate the center in partnership with Dialysis Access Center of Corpus Christi (Corpus Christi), which will provide the center’s clinical team.

The 12,000-square-foot replacement project will house three operating rooms and a procedure room and will specialize in vascular surgeries to treat conditions associated with end-stage kidney disease and peripheral artery disease.

It is scheduled for completion in early 2022.
