What do you think is a pressing issue/controversy today with healthcare design?

The most pressing issue is the need for hospitals to understand the interdependence of capital and operational costs and how the first needs to be used to leverage the second. Architecture Design is crucial to operational efficiency and the achievement of other strategic needs.
