Clive Behavioral Health Nearly Complete In Iowa

The 100-bed, 82,138-square-foot facility will house behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults.

MercyOne (Clive, Iowa) and Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.) are nearing completion of Clive Behavioral Health in Clive, according to an article in the Business Record.

The 100-bed, 82,138-square-foot facility will offer behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults. Space for intensive day programs, outpatient care, a gymnasium, and outdoor recreation are also planned.

The project team includes The Weitz Co. (general contractor; Des Moines, Iowa). Construction is expected to be completed in early 2021.
