Architecture and design firm AO (Orange, Calif.) has acquired and integrated Alexander + Hibbs (A+H; Anaheim, Calif.) in a move to strengthen its healthcare design practice, according to a news release.
A+H brings to the combined firm 30 years of experience on a range of healthcare projects including radiology and MRI suites, infusion centers, catheterization labs, pharmacies, and emergency departments (EDs).
As part of the integration, A+H Founding Principal Rollie Alexander joins the firm as principal and leader of its healthcare studio. His experience includes projects for Children’s Hospital of Orange County (Orange, Calif.), MemorialCare Health System (Fountain Valley, Calif.), St. Jude Medical Center (Fullerton, Calif.), and HCA Healthcare (San Jose, Calif.)
