Ross & Baruzzini Inc., an international consulting and engineering firm, has acquired EDI Ltd, a technology consulting and design firm that offers advisory services, technology system design, data-center-specific services, and technology program management in the healthcare, corporate, education, and commercial markets.
EDI will maintain its brand in the marketplace as an independent operating division while being integrated into the well-established culture of Ross & Baruzzini.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
