Harris Health Ben Taub Hospital Advances $400 Million Expansion In Houston

Harris Health Ben Taub Hospital is moving forward with a planned campus expansion in Houston, according to Houston Public Media.

Harris County Commissioners voted to condemn 9 acres of Hermann Park in Houston to accommodate the project, which will include a new 100-bed patient tower and skybridge connecting to the existing hospital.

The project is estimated to cost more than $400 million, with construction expected to start in three years.
