Global design firm HKS (Dallas) announced its board of directors has appointed Dan Noble as CEO and chairman and Sam Mudro as president and chief financial officer (CFO).

For the past 10 years, Noble has served as president and CEO of the firm, a role traditionally held by one individual at the firm. Recently, Noble and the board decided to divide the CEO and president roles, leading to the title changes.

In his new role as CEO and chairman, Noble will lead and shape HKS’ vision, strategy, and organizational culture as well as advise the board.

Mudro retains his position as CFO, which he has held since joining the firm in 2015, while also being elevated to president, where he’ll oversee business strategy implementation and responsible for operational and financial performance.
