Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego recently celebrated the grand opening of a three-story, 62,500-square-foot outpatient pediatric care center in Murrieta, Calif.
Rady Children’s Medical Plaza offers pediatric services including primary care, subspecialty care, developmental services, and specialized programs for children on the autism spectrum. delivered the 62,500-square-foot facility.
The four-acre campus contains an outpatient healthcare facility with surface parking, including patient drop-off configuration to support medical clinic use. The center’s multispecialty pediatric clinics include allergy and asthma, cardiology, orthopedics, ENT, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, behavioral and developmental health, and a physical therapy gym, as well as pediatric primary care and future plans for an on-site urgent care facility .
The project is pursuing LEED certification.
The design-build team is McCarthy Building Cos. Inc. and Stantec.
