United Surgical Partners International (USPI; Dallas) and OGA (Nashville, Tenn.), a national full-service real estate services and development company, are partnering on a new outpatient medical facility in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
The 28,549-square-foot project will house a surgery center with two ORs and a mix of medical tenants. It’s slated for completion in June 2021.
