Open Door Health Services (Muncie, Ind.), a not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center, has opened a new health center in Muncie, according to an article in the Star Press.
Open Door White River initially will house pediatric care, behavioral health, and support services. Family medicine and obstetric care will be added in early 2021.
