Brantford General Hospital in Brantford, Ontario, has completed an emergency department (ED) expansion, according to the Brant Beacon.
The $28 million project adds more than 7,000 square feet to the existing ED.
The expansion includes larger treatment rooms, additional mental health safe rooms, extended-stay and walk-in arrival areas, a new ambulance entrance and drop-off area, and an Indigenous family space.
