HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami completed an expansion that adds four new operating rooms (ORs), according to a news release. The project brings the total number of ORs at the hospital to 16.
Three of the new ORs are dedicated to orthopedic procedures, creating more space in the main OR for other essential surgical services. The fourth is a hybrid OR specifically designed for cardiac and vascular procedures.
