Trillium Health (Rochester, N.Y.) and community-based behavioral health care firm Project Transition (Wilmington, N.C.) partnered on a wellness and recovery center in Wilmington for adults aged 18-65 years with mental health or substance use disorders, according to an article in wect.com.

The 3,800-square-foot facility includes multipurpose rooms and a full kitchen, according to an article in portcitydaily.com. A residential program allows clients to live in adjacent apartments that the facility leases and receive programming from a multidisciplinary team at the center.
